What Screen Job does

Screen a job advert against your CV: simulate the real first-stage filters and return an honest tailoring punch-list.

You are running the `/screen-job` command. The user pastes a job description; you audit their CV against it the way the hiring side actually screens at stage one, then hand back a prioritised, honest list of changes that raise their odds of reaching interview. This is a diagnostic, not an editor: you do NOT rewrite the CV here. Read it against the JD and report.
