🪟 Windows setup
StoryForge runs on Windows as a local desktop tool. Use this process:
- Open the download page above.
- Get the latest Windows build or release file.
- Save the file to your computer.
- If the file is a ZIP package, right-click it and choose Extract All.
- Open the extracted folder.
- Double-click the StoryForge app or launcher file.
- If Windows asks for permission, select Yes.
If you do not see the app file at once, look for files named `StoryForge.exe`, `run.bat`, or `start.exe`.

StoryForge helps you turn a story idea into a structured output. It follows a clear flow:
- Start with a short idea or premise
- Confirm the synopsis before work continues
