OpenToolbox

AI community

Description

Build an internal tool (with AI) as one self-contained HTML file — no server, no install, no network. A template for AI coding agents: describe the tool, swap one file, ship the result.

Installation

This entry records only its repository, not the path inside it, so there is no exact command to give. Open the source below and copy the folder into ~/.claude/skills/, or the file into ~/.claude/agents/.

**Ship a working tool as a single HTML file. No server, no install, no network.**

openToolbox is a template for small internal tools that need to travel — by email, USB stick or shared drive — and run by double-click on a locked-down corporate laptop. The file *is* the application and the database at the same time. Saving writes a new HTML file with the data embedded in it.

It is built for one workflow in particular:

"Build me a tool for tracking supplier audits, based on openToolbox."

Point an AI assistant at this repository and it has everything it needs — the framework, and [`AGENTS.md`](AGENTS.md) telling it exactly what to ask and which file to change.
