$ARGUMENTS

Run the **startup-board-pack** skill, with `saas-metrics` for definitions and `fin-artifact` for visuals.

Confirm every figure ties out to closed figures. An open-period extract is provisional and must not go in a board pack.
Build in arc order: the ask, the scoreboard, cash and runway, growth, what changed, risks, functional updates, appendix. Sections 1-3 must stand alone
