exact command to give. Open LogicTortoise/memory-agent and copy the folder into
~/.claude/skills/, or the file into ~/.claude/agents/.

Memory Agent
**Status: v1 complete.** All of T01–T17 ships. v0.1 (the keyword recall + conservative reconcile baseline) is complete and stable.
**408 Python tests pass** (339 prior baseline + 69 P9/T17 incl. 3 packaging smoke + 10 privacy-HEAD durability / fail-closed restore + 12 privacy-ledger DB backstop) plus **15 Vitest** + **16 Playwright**.
