How to install Ref

Installs to ~/.claude/commands/lari-uqac-researchtools-ref.md

Terminal

mkdir -p ~/.claude/commands && curl -fsSL https://raw.githubusercontent.com/LARi-UQAC/ResearchTools/HEAD/.claude/commands/ref.md -o ~/.claude/commands/lari-uqac-researchtools-ref.md

Restart Claude Code, or start a new session, for it to be picked up.

What Ref does

Academic reference formatting and validation

Format, verify, or find the following academic reference per LAR.i / UQAC requirements.

**Accepted publishers only**: IEEE, Springer, Elsevier, Taylor & Francis, Cambridge, Wiley, IET, IOP, ACM, MDPI, ASME, ACME, BioMed Central (BMC). Any other publisher must be submitted to the professor for approval before inclusion.

**Required LaTeX format**:

DOI mandatory, hyperlinked via \href{http://doi.org/...}{DOI} in the reference list
