What Artdirection does

Load and apply the **art-direction** skill (`~/.agents/skills/art-direction/SKILL.md`).

Commit the source, treatment, crop behavior, responsive behavior, alt-text approach, and one icon system. For shipping work, identify the actual assets and rights status; placeholders are not an asset plan. Unverified rights or missing alt text remain blockers.
