Installs to ~/.claude/commands/kumouri-seneschal-setup-persona.md

Restart Claude Code, or start a new session, for it to be picked up.

What Setup Persona does

Run the **persona wizard**: read `subagents/persona-wizard/SKILL.md` and follow it exactly.
