Tokenstash β€” AI skill for Claude Code

AI community

Your AI agent needs your API keys.

How to install Tokenstash

This entry records only its repository, not the path inside it, so there is no exact command to give. Open krishhgg/tokenstash and copy the folder into ~/.claude/skills/, or the file into ~/.claude/agents/.

What Tokenstash does

Your AI agent needs your API keys. It doesn't need to see them. tokenstash writes keys straight into .env.local for Claude Code, Codex, Cursor and Gemini CLI. Paste each key once, in your browser, never in the chat.

README

tokenstash

Your AI agent needs your API keys. It doesn't need to see them.

Ask Claude Code, Codex or Cursor to build anything that calls an API, and it stops to ask you to paste a key into the chat. Once you paste it, the key sits in the transcript, the session summary and the model's context. With tokenstash, the agent runs one command instead. The key goes straight into your project's .env.local, and the agent sees only βœ“ OPENAI_API_KEY injected.

Paste each key once, in your browser. Every project after that gets it with one click.
Works with Claude Code, Codex, Cursor and Gemini CLI. One Rust binary on your machine, with no account, no cloud service and no telemetry.
