A single "concept document" always collapses the same way. Measured fact, plausible assumption and wishful roadmap end up in adjacent paragraphs, and three months later nobody can tell which was which — least of all a future session reading it cold. This plugin splits them into three artefacts and puts one rule between them: **MD2 and MD3 may cite MD1; MD1 cites nothing downstream.** A claim with no anchor in MD1 is an assumption, and gets marked as one.
