A single "concept document" always collapses the same way. Measured fact, plausible assumption and wishful roadmap end up in adjacent paragraphs, and three months later nobody can tell which was which — least of all a future session reading it cold. This plugin splits them into three artefacts and puts one rule between them: **MD2 and MD3 may cite MD1; MD1 cites nothing downstream.** A claim with no anchor in MD1 is an assumption, and gets marked as one.
That rule is not bookkeeping. In the session this plugin was extracted from, it produced three conclusions the research alone had not reached — see [What the structure surfaced](#what-the-structure-surfaced).
