Skill Validate

Description

Run local CI validation on all skills and agents in the spellbook — same checks as `.github/workflows/ci.yml`. ## Instructions Run the following checks and report results. Do NOT fix issues automatically — report them so the author can decide. ### 1. Installation

Installs to ~/.claude/commands/kid-sid-claude-spellbook-skill-validate.md

Restart Claude Code, or start a new session, for it to be picked up.
