This entry records only its repository, not the path inside it, so there is no exact command to give. Open KhairallahA/agent-autosave and copy the folder into ~/.claude/skills/, or the file into ~/.claude/agents/.

What Agent Autosave does

One task, many agents. A portable .autosave/ folder that saves what your coding agent was doing and hands it to the next one: Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, Gemini CLI, Antigravity, Copilot CLI or OpenCode.

agent-autosave

**Your coding agent autosaves as it works. When it stops, the next agent loads the save and carries on.**

agent-autosave works with **Claude Code**, **Codex**, **Cursor**, **Gemini CLI**, **Antigravity**, **GitHub Copilot CLI**, **OpenCode** and, through `AGENTS.md`, any other agent that runs shell commands. It does three things:

It saves. The agent's hooks record the goal, the plan, every command and its exit code, the files it touched, how close it is to its usage limit and why it stopped, into .autosave/ in your repository. A pure compiler folds that ledger into one save, with no model involved.
It hands off. When the agent hits its limit, crashes or you close it, the next session (the same agent, or a different one) starts with the save. agent-autosave go claude-code codex asks once when Claude Code runs out and starts Codex where it stopped. Near the limit the agent is asked to write a handoff note first.
It remembers. Decisions and dead ends the agents note become candidates you review; what you accept goes into a plain MEMORY.md (in the repo or your Obsidian vault) that later sessions are given. Every finished task gets a journal page.
