Restart Claude Code, or start a new session, for it to be picked up.

What K Enforcement does

`k-playbook` is a toolbox of slash commands, skills, review recipes, rules and checks. It is cloned into a subdirectory of the target project, `/k-playbook/`. The project's own artifacts live next to it. A project is self-contained that way.
