What Flow Ship does

Run in order, stop if anything fails: 1) `review_pass` on last project (changed files only), 2) fix the single smallest bug found and verify, 3) append 2-line summary via `soul_write`, 4) tell user to run /compact + /new for max speed next session. Under 15 lines total.
