Aiko Create Epic — Development skill for Claude Code

Create a Epics card in Aiko. A goal held across several stories or tasks. An epic is not implemented in one stage: it is the container the work of others belongs to, its score says how much of that outcome exists, and it is finished when its children are.

This type is the workflow epic: call aiko_create_card with kind=Epic, a clear title taken from what the user asked for, an own priority and, for work that changes files, the declared scope patterns - and nothing else. Aiko names the card and l
