What Promo Ideas does

Call `suggest_campaigns`. Show me the ideas in plain words, each with who it is for, the expected effect and the exact settings it would use (a discount code, or a time-limited discount with `set_product_discount`).

Do not create anything. Ask which idea I want, and when I choose one, show the usual preview first and wait for my yes.
