A Claude Skill for running structured Product Discovery through a methodology of **18 tasks across 6 blocks**. It combines Jobs-to-be-Done (Ulwick/Christensen), Opportunity Solution Tree (Teresa Torres), Customer Development (Steve Blank), The Mom Test (Rob Fitzpatrick), Lean Canvas (Ash Maurya), PESTEL, SWOT and the Business Model Canvas.

⚡ **Recommended model: the latest Claude Opus.** The skill relies on a long context (1500+ lines of methodology across `references/`), parallel tool calls (web_search + bash + Python), structured planning and numeric-threshold judgement. Sonnet and Haiku handle individual tasks, but artifact quality drops noticeably on the harder blocks (III — Strategy, IV — Validation, VI — Artifacts).
