README

🧙 PM Workspace Wizard

**One file. 38 files out. Your entire PM operating system in Claude Cowork — in under 5 minutes.**

⬇️ Download & Install (5 minutes, no coding required)

You only need **one file** from this repo: **`pm-workspace-wizard.skill`**

Everything else you see here is just the source code behind that file — you don't need to touch it.

Step 1: Download the file

Click on **`pm-workspace-wizard.skill`** in the file list above, then click the **⬇️ Download** button (top right of the file view). Save it anywhere on your computer — your Downloads folder is fine.

💡 **Don't know what GitHub is?** No problem. You're just here to grab a file. Think of this page like a Google Drive folder — you're downloading one thing from it.

Step 2: Open Claude Desktop

Open the **Claude** app on your computer. If you don't have it yet, download it from [claude.ai/download](https://claude.ai/download).

You need a **Claude Pro** or **Team** subscription for Cowork mode.

Step 3: Switch to Cowork mode

In Claude Desktop, look for the **Cowork** toggle or tab. Click it to switch from regular chat to Cowork mode.

💡 **What's Cowork?** It's Claude's "power mode" — instead of just chatting, Claude can create files, run workflows, and build things on your computer. That's what makes the Wizard possible.

Step 4: Install the skill

Drag the **`pm-workspace-wizard.skill`** file you downloaded into the Cowork window.

You should see a confirmation that the skill was installed. That's it — the skill is now part of your Claude.

Step 5: Select a folder

Claude will ask you to pick a folder where your PM workspace will live. Choose or create a folder like:

  • Documents/PM-Workspace/
  • Desktop/My-PM-OS/
  • Or anywhere you keep your work files

This is where all 38 files will be created.

Step 6: Run the Wizard

Type this in the chat:

set up my PM workspace

Or use the slash command:

/pm-workspace-wizard
