What This Does
This is a **Claude Code Agent Skill** that gives your AI agent deep product management knowledge based on the **Hooked** framework by Nir Eyal.
When activated, your AI agent will:
- Audit features against the Hook Model (Trigger → Action → Variable Reward → Investment)
- Identify retention gaps — dead ends, missing triggers, predictable rewards, invisible sunk costs
- Design engagement loops — onboarding flows, gamification, notifications, re-engagement
- Reduce friction using BJ Fogg's Behavior Model (6 factors of ability)
- Evaluate every feature with the 5 Fundamental Questions
