Its AI agent chats with candidates in real time — screening, answering questions, and qualifying applicants — so recruiters can focus on the candidates who matter. It is powered by the [@iblai/iblai-js](https://www.npmjs.com/package/@iblai/iblai-js) SDK and connects to [iblai.app](https://iblai.app).
