What Wave Run does

description: Execute the next implementation wave with the Triad (programmer -> QA red-proof -> drift-guard verdict) agent: agency-coordinator

Execute wave $1 following `AGENTS.md` and the active spec (`openspec/changes/` or `docs/prompts/SPEC.md`).

Current state: !`git status --short && git log --oneline -5 && git worktree list`

Run every stage through `agency-programmer` -> `agency-qa` -> `agency-drift-guard` and merge only after `VERDICT: PASS` is on disk.
