Что делает

Проводит структурированный диагностический спринт за 3 недели:

  • Неделя 1: Оценка компании, аудит процессов, топ-3 инициативы, команда ИИ-чемпионов
  • Неделя 2: Диагностика по 6 слоям архитектуры, карта данных, стратегия eval, первый SKILL.md
  • Неделя 3: Карта инициатив, 90-дневный план (ops/R&D), метрики, подготовка к Demo Day

Результаты:

  • ~/aim-sprint/week1.md, week2.md, week3.md — структурированные рабочие листы
  • ~/aim-sprint/dashboard.html — интерактивный HTML-дашборд с 4 вкладками (Обзор, Инициативы, 90 дней, Метрики)
