Phodex is an open-source (MIT), self-hostable mobile app (Flutter) and backend (FastAPI) that lets a developer send coding tasks to AI coding agents — the Claude Code CLI, the OpenAI Codex CLI, or Anthropic Managed Agents — from a phone and watch them run live over Server-Sent Events. The agent is launched only after a tap on the phone, and Phodex commits and pushes the result only after a second tap. The backend runs on your own laptop (paired by QR code over Wi-Fi or Tailscale) or on a server you deploy, where it clones GitHub repositories into per-user workspaces.
