What Architect Flow does

/architect-flow — stage 3 of 9

Dispatches `experience-designer` for the `flow` stage. Argument: `$ARGUMENTS` — `--actor ` limits the run to the flows for one actor. Default is one flow per actor named in discovery.

The artifact root is `docs/architecture/` relative to the repos
