Restart Claude Code, or start a new session, for it to be picked up.

What Next Item does

Execute the "Next Item Workflow" as defined in CLAUDE.md.

**Parameter**: Energy level (low, mid, or high) - defaults to "low" if not specified

**Usage**:

/next-item - Get next low-energy task
/next-item mid - Get next medium-energy task
/next-item high - Get next high-energy task

**Purpose**: Show the single highest-priority actionable task at the specified energy level that you can work on right now.
