Claude Code — Backup & Đổi Account

Bộ công cụ sao lưu / khôi phục / đổi tài khoản Claude Code trên **macOS** và **Windows**. Giữ nguyên **sessions, memory, skills, plugins, sidebar Desktop** khi đổi account hoặc chuyển máy.

**macOS**: dùng các script `.sh` + `rebuild-sidebar.py`. **Windows**: dùng `rebuild-sidebar.ps1` + [WINDOWS-SIDEBAR.md](WINDOWS-SIDEBAR.md) (xem mục [Windows](#windows) bên dưới).
