What M Deploy Init does

Check whether a `deploy.md` file exists in the project root.

If the file ALREADY exists — show its contents and ask: "deploy.md already exists. Recreate or edit it?"

If the file does not exist — run a wizard, asking the questions one at a time:

**What are we deploying?**
- Project / service name
- If there are several modules — list each
**Where are we deploying?**
- Host (IP/domain), SSH user
- Path on the server
- If there are se
