What Skill Gap does

Skill Gap — Ideal Profile Benchmark & Development Plan

Build an ideal candidate profile for a target role, benchmark your current skills against it, identify gaps, and create a time-based development plan to close them. This is NOT about whether to apply — it's about becoming the strongest candidate over time.

Inputs
