-work-journal-skill helps you track your coding progress. It scans your work session and creates a clear summary of your tasks. You receive finished reports for your clients and brief notes to help you remember where you left off. This tool saves you time by writing your daily logs in 30 seconds.

⚙️ System Requirements

This application runs on Windows 10 and Windows 11. You need a stable internet connection for the installation process. The tool requires basic permissions to read files in your coding folders so it can gather information about your changes.

🛠️ How to use the software

Open the application after the installation finishes. The main screen shows a simple list of your recent projects. Pick the folder where you keep your code. The tool analyzes your recent activity. It detects changed files and updates you made throughout your session.

The software generates three types of documents for you:

Daily logs: A record of your work for the day.
Client reports: A status update meant for stakeholders.
Session briefs: A summary to help you resume work later.

You choose the format that you need. Save the files to your computer or copy the text to your clipboard.

🔒 Privacy and Security

The software reads your code files locally on your computer. It does not store your files on external servers. All processing happens within the application window. You maintain control over what information the tool includes in the final reports.
