What God Style does

Load `god-styles`, find the entry matching: $ARGUMENTS (search the index in `references/00-index.md`). Return the direction sentence, CSS token block, Google Fonts import, the restyled artefact (or a plan if no target was given), and the three refusals of this style. Follow the respectful-use protocol for world traditions.
