**In one sentence:** Install Claude Account Pilot and leave it in the tray. It reads the Claude, Codex, OpenCode, DeepSeek, Gemini, and Antigravity logins already on the machine, points Claude Code and the VS Code extension at a local proxy, and moves traffic at 98%.

Claude Code and the Claude Code VS Code extension keep talking to one address (`ANTHROPIC_BASE_URL`). The app speaks **English and Turkish**. It follows the operating system language the first time it opens.
