Owner's Rep — Claude Code Skills
A curated skill pack for **Claude Code** tuned for **Owner's Representative work on capital construction projects**. Nine domain-specific skills covering the full project lifecycle — from contract negotiation through 11-month warranty walk — plus Andrej Karpathy's coding guidelines for any software work you do alongside.
