What Review Nimbus PR does

Branch argument: $ARGUMENTS

Use the nimbus-reviewer agent to review the current branch's changes vs `origin/main` (not local `main`, which is often stale) for accuracy, effectiveness, consistency, performance, security posture, and any potential for adding bugs, regressions or undue maintenance.
