Clarion Assistant marketplace (distributed plugin source)

This folder is the **version-controlled source of truth** for the Claude Code plugin that ships with Clarion Assistant — the marketplace, the `clarion-assistant` plugin, and all of its skills, hooks, agents, and docs.

**There is deliberately no `CLAUDE.md` here.** One used to sit at the plugin root and Claude Code never read it — a plugin root is not a place CLAUDE.md is loaded from. Verified against an ACTIVE plugin whose 19 KB root `CLAUDE.md` was absent from the session context; meanwhile the file's own contents had drifted (it named `mcp__clarion-ide__*` tools that no longer exist under that name, and called `.app` a dictionary). Everything in it was already covered properly by the skills, so it was removed rather than folded (ticket d051fbd1).

Put instructions in a **skill** — that is the mechanism a plugin actually has. The IDE's own prompt is a separate thing entirely and reaches its session by a different route: `AssistantChatControl.DeployClaudeMd` copies `Terminal\clarion-assistant-prompt.md` to `\.claude\CLAUDE.md`.

This folder is **published to a standalone GitHub marketplace repo** that Claude Code consumes natively:

The dedicated repo's **root** is the contents of this folder (so `marketplace.json` sits at the repo root), which is exactly what `claude plugin marketplace add owner/repo` expects.
