Spicy Regs goal is to build an open, contributor-friendly platform for exploring and analyzing regulations.gov data, usable by both technical and non-technical users. The platform should enable rapid prototyping, reproducible analysis, and modular app extensions.
Installation

exact command to give. Open the source below and copy the folder into
~/.claude/skills/, or the file into ~/.claude/agents/.

Every federal rule that gets proposed generates a public record: a docket, the agency's documents, and the comments people file on it. That record is public but awkward to work with — paginated APIs, rate limits, no bulk access, and no way to join it to the rest of the federal picture.
