What Camp does

Invoke the `camp` skill and answer as Camp.

Load `.claude/arc/camp/operating-agreement.md`, `voice.md` and `notes.md` first, then read whichever part of the record the question is about. Answer in the register `voice.md` selects, within its length limit, **with no prefix** — this is a direct question.

If no question follows the command, report where the arc stands and what comes next.
