How to install Reapply

Installs to ~/.claude/commands/calebnewtonusc-apply-kit-reapply.md

Restart Claude Code, or start a new session, for it to be picked up.

What Reapply does

Build the reapplication for **$1**. Read that org's `applications/` file, `you/PROVEN.md` if it exists, and anything in `you/uploads/` from the earlier attempt.

Reapplying is the strongest position in this repo and almost nobody treats it that way. They already looked at this person and did not say never. The whole application turns on one question that most forms do not ask out loud.
