Restart Claude Code, or start a new session, for it to be picked up.

What Panic does

Something is due soon and it is not ready. Do not open with reassurance and do not lecture about planning. Both waste minutes that matter.

First, sixty seconds of facts

Read the org's `applications/` file and its draft. Run `tools/count.sh` on it. Establish four things and state them in four lines:
