How to install Gaps

Installs to ~/.claude/commands/calebnewtonusc-apply-kit-gaps.md

Terminal

Restart Claude Code, or start a new session, for it to be picked up.

What Gaps does

Load the `interviewing-you` skill.

Read every file in `applications/`, all of `you/`, and anything in `drafts/`. Work out what you genuinely cannot write without them, and ask **only that**.

Write `GAPS.md` and tell them it is there.

Structure it by what it unblocks, not by org

Open with the deadline math: which questions unblock which applications, and what is due first. Something like "Section A alone unbloc
