# Initial Prompt: Index Fresh Project Atlas Project You are starting an Project Atlas clean-room documentation project. ## Read first Read: - `CLAUDE.md` - `.claude/rules/indexing_scope.md` - `.claude/rules/status_legend.md` - `.claude/rules/planner_rules.md` - `START_HERE.md` ## Goal Inspect `src/` and create/update `docs/_project_index/PROJECT_FILE_INDEX.md` with every file found under `src/`. Do not document source files yet. This step is only inventory and planning prep. ## Required
