`docs/vhk-feature-guide.md` 를 읽어서 사용자에게 보여줘.

비개발자 대상이다. 두괄식 + 쉬운말 유지. 코드 용어는 풀어서.
인자($ARGUMENTS)가 있으면 그 영역(예: 검증·안전·기억·배포)만 골라 해당 표/설명 위주로 보여주고, 없으면 전체 개요를 보여줘.
문서에 없는 내용은 지어내지 말 것. 더 깊은 사실(버전·테스트 수·MCP 도구 수)은 package.json·CHANGELOG.md가 기준이라고 안내.
문서가 오래돼 실제 코드와 어긋나 보이면 그 점을 짧게 짚어줘.
