Goldilocks is a Direct-first, cost-aware project orchestrator for Codex, Claude Code, and other Skills-compatible AI agents. It decides when the Lead should work directly and when specialized agents should plan, diagnose, run in parallel, continue from durable context, or verify delivery—without forcing every task through the same workflow.

It is not limited to programming. Goldilocks can coordinate software development, research, documents, presentations, spreadsheets, and other structured deliverables. Software engineering is currently its most deeply optimized and tested surface.

The capabilities that protect project quality—brainstorming, specifications, plans, TDD, debugging, continuity, delegation, review, verification, and idea capture—remain available behind one visible Skill.
