How to install Clippy

Installs to ~/.claude/commands/bearcove-pikru-clippy.md

Terminal

mkdir -p ~/.claude/commands && curl -fsSL https://raw.githubusercontent.com/bearcove/pikru/HEAD/.claude/commands/clippy.md -o ~/.claude/commands/bearcove-pikru-clippy.md

Restart Claude Code, or start a new session, for it to be picked up.

What Clippy does

Run `cargo clippy` and fix all warnings and errors iteratively.

Run cargo clippy --all-features --all-targets --message-format=short -- -D warnings to treat warnings as errors
Parse the issues and create a todo list
For each clippy lint:
- Read the relevant file to understand context
- Apply the suggested fix or a better alternative
- Mark the todo as complete
Re-run clippy to verify fixes and catch any new issues
Repeat until clippy passes cleanly
