What Work Session does

Work session (throughput run). The full daily loop ALREADY ran today; this is an EXTRA execution session to push open bounties/entries forward. Do NOT repeat the daily loop, do NOT post a daily report, do NOT write a new "## Day" journal header, do NOT add a metrics.csv row — those are once-per-day and already done today.
