Description
--- model: sonnet --- Orquesta el **camino completo de auth** (MEF-ADR-0032, MEF-ADR-0028 seccion 4): encadena `/install-workos` (issue #339) -> **gate humano** -> `/install-apim` (issue #340) en el orden correcto, para que el usuario no tenga que conocer ese orden ni como se combinan los dos skills de capa. Es un runner guiado por etapas, **stateless**: no reimplementa la logica de ninguno de los dos skills, los invoca leyendo integramente su `Proceso` y delegando en su propia idempotencia --
