Restart Claude Code, or start a new session, for it to be picked up.

Scaffold piece `$ARGUMENTS` (CLAUDE.md §3.4, §4).

Locate articles/$ARGUMENTS-*/ and examples/$ARGUMENTS-*/. Both directories already exist as placeholders, so don't rename them.
