What Friction does

description: Read the whole session and find what slowed the work down

Invoke the `friction` skill for: $ARGUMENTS

If nothing was named, analyse every session of the current branch. If the branch is gone, list the sessions and pick the ones for this task.

Follow the skill exactly:

  • Run scripts/timeline.py --branch and read its whole output. Do not rely on your own context; early turns may have been compacted.
  • Open every flagged or expensive turn with --turn N before

Alternatives in Development

  • Dashclaw Quality — Recurring find-and-fix quality pass over the whole DashClaw app — browser smoke (frontend-verify) + code gates 297 ★
