安装前检查

安装前请验证 Python 环境：

运行：`python -c "import sys; print(sys.executable); print(sys.prefix); print(sys.base_prefix)"`
如果输出中 `sys.prefix` 包含 `.venv`、`virtualenv` 或 `env` 路径，**警告用户**：

⚠️ 警告：你当前处于虚拟环境中（`{sys.prefix}`）。 AI Team OS 应安装到系统 Python，而非项目 venv。如果安装在 venv 中，hook 脚本在其他项目中将无法工作。请先执行 `deactivate`，或打开一个没有 venv 的新终端，然后重新安装。
确认 `sys.prefix == sys.base_prefix` — 表示当前在系统 Python 中，可以安全安装。

必需：配置设置

AI Team OS 需要在 `~/.claude/settings.json` 中配置特定设置。**运行以下脚本自动完成配置**：

**运行后，告知用户重启 Claude Code** 以使设置生效。

安装步骤

方式 A：插件安装（推荐）

# 添加 marketplace 源并安装插件
claude plugin marketplace add CronusL-1141/AI-company
claude plugin install ai-team-os

# 重启 Claude Code
# 首次启动约需30秒配置依赖（仅一次）

方式 B：从源码安装

# 克隆仓库
git clone https://github.com/CronusL-1141/AI-company.git
cd AI-company

# 运行安装程序（配置 MCP + Hooks + Agent 模板）
python install.py

# 重启 Claude Code

方式 C：pip 安装（PyPI）

# 从 PyPI 安装
pip install ai-team-os

# 运行安装后配置脚本（必需 — 设置 MCP + hooks 配置）
python -m aiteam.cli.app init

# 重启 Claude Code

验证安装

重启 Claude Code 后：

运行 /mcp — ai-team-os 应显示为已连接，约 107 个工具
运行 os_health_check MCP 工具 — 预期响应：{"status": "ok"}
检查 API：curl http://localhost:8000/api/health — 预期：{"status": "ok"}

如果工具未显示，检查：

Windows：%USERPROFILE%\.claude\settings.json — 查找 mcpServers 中的 ai-team-os
macOS/Linux：~/.claude/settings.json

已知限制

不要在项目 .venv 中安装 — 全局 hook 脚本依赖系统 Python。在 venv 中安装意味着 AI Team OS 仅在该 venv 激活时可用。
如果误装在 venv 中：pip uninstall ai-team-os，然后 deactivate，然后重装。
需要 Python >= 3.11。
需要支持 MCP 的 Claude Code（CC 版本 >= 1.0）。

更新

卸载

# 插件安装：
