The 4-Week Plan: install in 60 seconds

This skill is a base. Once you have done it your way, tell your squad "update the skill to do it like this."

Open Claude Code in your company folder and paste: **"Install this skill: https://github.com/AI-ChrisLee/the-4-week-plan. Clone the whole folder into .claude/skills as the-4-week-plan, without the .git folder."** The whole folder, `references/` included, or it stops on the way in. Then quit and reopen Claude Code, type `/`, and check that `the-4-week-plan` is on the list.

It writes one page, `squad/4-week-plan.md`: your business at the top, the week you are in, and 4 weeks, each one a short checklist you tick as you go. Open it first every week, and again every Sunday.
