What Workon does

Work on ticket $ARGUMENTS end-to-end.

Execute autonomously without asking for confirmation:

**Setup**: Read `docs/worktree-setup.md` and execute the full worktree setup for the given ticket. Read the ticket. Choose full or lightweight init based on scope.
**Understand**: Read the ticket requirements. For bugs: identify root cause. For features: design the approach. Read relevant code.
**Implement**: Make the fix/feature. Follow code style convent
